Commercial Real Estate Stuff

As we all know the Real Estate Market is quite interesting right now – it’s not a “bad” market, its simply a different market – at least that is how I am looking at it.
Recently I had the pleasure of helping a local Child Day Care company acquire a great new location in Independence MO. I helped them purchase a beautiful building on 1.4 acres, surrounded by tons of HUGE trees – perfect place for a day care. Lots of privacy, great space in the building, circle drive to drop off kids, etc.
So far this month, I will have sold 2 different investment properties – crossing fingers – they havent closed yet, but one will on the 20th, and another on the 2th – I have had a pleasure working with those clients as well.
As a Commercial Agent, one of my main clients are Churches around the metro area. I am representing several Churches currently, and one in Lee’s Summit I especially appreciate.
They believe in having a smaller Church because they feel like for effective ministry to take place, the size of the Church needs to be a size where everyone knows each other deeply – not just on the surface. I really appreciate their sensitivity to caring for people – as I know larger Churches do to. I will disclose the name of the Church after the new location in Lee’s Summit is finished.
I am also working with a national pizza franchise as well – this has been a blast too. We are on hold for a while, but soon, there will be a wonderful east coast pizza company coming to Lee’s Summit 🙂
I recently listed a beautiful 9,600 SF Flex building in Pleasant Valley MO as well – right on I-35, it is a beautiful listing and I think will sell in good time.
